SPORTS LEAGUE REGISTRATION PROCESS ​​​

  • Only a parent or legal guardian can register a child for participation in TEXAS KINGDOM SOCCER.

  • The registration process includes the signing of both a Waiver and Release of Liability and a Code of Conduct statement. Please review both statements (shown below) before registering.​

  • PRE-K players must be a minimum of 4 years old and no older than 5 years old (not enrolled in Kindergarten).

 

CREATING AN ACCOUNT TO REGISTER

  • Click the sports league button below that corresponds with the sports league you are registering for.

  • You will be asked to create an account. This will provide access to updates and announcements as well as registering for soccer and other sports.

  • Once your account is created, you will then be able to register.

Policies of Texas Kingdom Christian Sports Association

​

CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY

Players, coaches, parents, and visitors will conduct themselves at all times in a manner consistent with the mission statement of TEXAS KINGDOM CHRISTIAN SPORTS ASSOCIATION:​

​

To provide witness of Jesus Christ by offering children an opportunity to learn and play basketball with their friends in a Christian sports ministry environment.

​​

Specifically:

  • All adults and children will practice good sportsmanship,

  • Players will wear appropriate basketball attire during games, including their team jersey,

  • Inappropriate language will not be used,

  • Referees and scorekeepers will not be verbally abused or otherwise disparaged,

  • Coaches and parents will strive to create and maintain a positive, uplifting environment,

  • Parents will ensure their children (players) appropriately understand these expectations.

Spectator Code of Conduct (Texas Law: SB 2929)

Players, coaches, parents, and visitors will conduct themselves at all times in a manner consistent with the mission of Texas Kingdom Christian Sports Association (TKCSA):

WAIVER AND LIABILITY RELEASE STATEMENT
NOTE: THIS FORM MUST BE READ AND SIGNED BEFORE THE PARTICIPANT IS PERMITTED TO TAKE PART IN ANY EVENT, INCLUDING PRACTICE OR TOURNAMENT. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, THE PARTICIPANT AND PARENT/GUARDIAN, IF APPLICABLE, AFFIRMS HAVING READ IT.​

IN CONSIDERATION of being allowed to participate in any way in the Texas Kingdom Christian Sports Association (TKCSA), I, the undersigned, acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

​

  1. I RISK BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PARALYSIS, DISMEMBERMENT, DISABILITY AND DEATH, and while particular rules of the sport, skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, THIS RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY DOES EXIST, AS WELL AS THE RISK OF DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY; and,

  2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ANY AND ALL SUCH RISKS OF INJURY AND DISEASE, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERS, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

  3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusually significant hazard during my presence or participation, or if I observe any concern in my readiness for participation, I will immediately bring such to the attention of the nearest official and remove myself from participation; and,

  4. I, FOR MYSELF, AND ON BEHALF OF MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND NEXT OF KIN, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE TKCSA, ITS MANAGERS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, OFFICIALS, VOLUNTEERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND/OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS, SPONSORS, ADVERTISERS, AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE OWNERS AND LESSORS OF PREMISES USED FOR THE ACTIVITY ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT THAT WHICH IS THE RESULT OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WANTON MISCOUNDUCT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
     

For Parents/Guardians of Minority Age

(UNDER AGE 18 or under such other age of consent as may be applicable in any given jurisdiction) AT TIME OF REGISTRATION)

This is to certify that I/we, as parent(s)/guardian(s) with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree not only to the release above regarding this participant's participation in any TKCSA team or event, but also for myself/ourselves, and my/our heirs, assigns and next of kin, to release and indemnify the Releasees from any and all Liability incident to my/our minor child's involvement as stated above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy (Interrupted Season)

  1. In the event the season is interrupted, cancelled, or disrupted, due to no fault of Texas Kingdom Christian Sports Association (TKCSA), the Sports Ministry will refund 65% of registration fees (expenses incurred in preparation for the season include uniforms, medals, field or facility rental commitments, program staff expenses, payment processing fees, background checks on a prorated basis).

  2. In the event that rental fields or facilities are closed or unavailable, due to no fault of TKCSA, the Sports Ministry will work towards a resolution. But, in the event that fields or facilities are not available, the registrant is aware the program may be disrupted, or games cancelled. (see #1 above). duration of this authorization shall commence with the Participant's registration with TKCSA for any teams or events and continue before, during and for sixty (60) months after the conclusion of the Participant's participation in TKCSA event or team.
