• Saturday, August 23rd, 8:00 - 9:30 AM: All coaches (Head & Assistant)
  Coaching Clinic - 10:00-11:00 AM
  Location - Chapelwood UMC

STAFF MEETING

• Saturday, August 23rd, 12:00-1:00 PM
  Location - Chapelwood UMC (CUMC)

GAME SCHEDULES - Rosters and Game Schedules will be released
                                      Wednesday, August 27th.

• Games played on Saturdays

• September  13, 20, 27 | October 4, 18, 25, November 1 (No games on October 11)
  RAIN DATE: November 8th

TEAM PHOTO DAY (Tentative)

• Saturday, September 20th, details will be provided to Head Coaches

REFUNDS

Players may be withdrawn, and registration fees refunded upon request as follows:

• May 1 – July 31, 2025
  Refund Amount: $175

• August 1 - August 14, 2025
  Refund Amount: $75

• No refunds after August 15, 2025.
