& GUIDELINES
PROGRAM
The underlying principle of the program is to teach the children the game and good sportsmanship. Each player is required to play one half the match, unless,
held out for disciplinary reasons. The Pre K/Kindergarten division
has a defined player rotation schedule.
SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT
Players, coaches, parents, and visitors will conduct themselves at all times in a
manner consistent with the mission of Texas Kingdom Christian Sports Association
TKCSA):
To provide witness of Jesus Christ by offering children an opportunity to learn and
play with their friends in a Christian sports ministry environment.
Specifically:

All adults and children will practice good sportsmanship,

Players will wear appropriate attire during games, including their team uniform,

Inappropriate language will not be used,
-
Officials will not be verbally abused or otherwise disparaged,

Coaches and parents will strive to create and maintain a positive, uplifting environment,
-
Parents will ensure their children (players) appropriately understand these expectations.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Players may be withdrawn, and registration fees refunded upon request, as follows:
1. December 15 - January 15 - Refund: 75%
2. January 16 - February 28 - Refund: 50%
3. No refunds after February 28, 2026
CANCELLATION POLICY (Interrupted Season):
1. In the event the season is interrupted, canceled, or disrupted due to no fault of Texas Kingdom Christian Sports Association (TKCSA), the Sports Ministry will refund 65% of registration fees (expenses incurred in preparation for the season include uniforms, medals, field or facility rental commitments, program staff expenses, payment processing fees, background checks on a prorated basis).
2. If rental fields or facilities are closed or unavailable due to no fault of TKCSA, the Sports Ministry will work towards a resolution. However, if fields or facilities are not available, the registrant is aware that the program may be disrupted or games canceled.
