AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS

• Provide tentative number of teams by grade level by August 1, 2024

• Provide the names of committed Head Coaches by grade level no later than
  August 8, 2024.

COACHES MEETING

• Saturday, August 17, 2024, 8:30 - 10:30 AM: All coaches (Head & Assistant) meet
  Location - Chapelwood UMC
  A special clinic for coaches will be offered from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

REFUNDS

Players may be withdrawn, and registration fees refunded upon request as follows:

• June 1 - July 31, 2023 - Refund Amount: $100

• August 1 - August 31, 2024 - Refund Amount: $75

• No refunds after August 31, 2024
