As a participant in a position within the league, you will need to

supply the following information:
 

• Social Security Number

• Drivers or Identification Card Number

• Banking Account Information (routing and account number)

  for direct deposit​

 

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

You will be asked to complete a W-9 form (fillable PDF), save it to your

desktop, and then upload it during the registration process. Also, at the

end of the registration process, there will be a link for you to complete a

direct deposit form. You will need your banking account information

(found on a blank check) readily available. These forms will then be sent

directly to the KINGDOM SOCCER  business office.

 

BACKGROUND CHECK

A current Background Check (renewed every 2 years) is required of all paid Staff, 18 years of age or older.

 

REFEREE & SCOREKEEPER TRAINING

Mandatory training for Referees and Scorekeepers will be provided  Date and Time to be announced. Those registrants will be asked to indicate which ONE of two available sessions they plan to attend.
